Във връзка с кризата в Близкия изток и издаден от EASA CZIB 2026-03-R13 (https://www.easa.europa.eu/en/domains/air-operations/czibs/2026-03-r13) на 24.06.2026 г. е излъчено NOTAMR съобщение с номер A0719/2026 , отнасящо се дo авиационните оператори и указващо, както следва:

E)MIDDLE EAST CRISIS: 

AIR CARRIERS AND CAPTAINS OF ACFT IN CHARGE OF AIR SERVICE MANAGED 

BY CARRIERS HOLDERS OF OPERATING LICENCE ISSUED BY 

REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA, WHETHER THEY ARE CONTRACTUAL CARRIERS AND/OR 

DE FACTO CARRIERS, OR PERFORMING AIR SERVICE WITH COMMERCIAL CHARTER AGREEMENT OR WITH CODE SHARING AND TO ALL FLIGHTS PERFORMED WITH BULGARIAN ACFT REGISTRATION ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO: 

1. NOT TO OPERATE WITHIN THE AFFECTED AIRSPACE OF IRAN, IRAQ, 

LEBANON AT ALL FLIGHT LEVELS AND ALTITUDES. 

2. EXERCISE CAUTION AND TAKE POTENTIAL RISKS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN 

OPERATING WITHIN THE AIRSPACE OF BAHRAIN, KUWAIT, ISRAEL, JORDAN, 

QATAR, OMAN, THE UAE AND SAUDI ARABIA. 

3. ENSURE THAT AN UP-TO-DATE RISK ASSESSMENT AND HIGH LEVEL OF 

CONTINGENCY PLANNING ARE IN PLACE FOR OPERATIONS WITHIN THE 

AIRSPACE SPECIFIED IN POINT 2 ABOVE, AND BE PREPARED FOR SHORT 

NOTICE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE STATE AUTHORITIES.

4. CLOSELY MONITOR AIRSPACE DEVELOPMENTS IN THE REGION AND FOLLOW ALL AVAILABLE AERONAUTICAL PUBLICATIONS CONCERNING THE REGION, 

INCLUDING INFORMATION SHARED THROUGH THE EUROPEAN INFORMATION 

SHARING AND COOPERATION PLATFORM ON CONFLICT ZONES, ALONGSIDE AVAILABLE GUIDANCE OR DIRECTION FROM THEIR NATIONAL AUTHORITIES. 

OPERATORS SHALL ENSURE THAT ALL FLIGHT CREWS AND RELEVANT 

OPERATIONAL PERSONNEL ARE PROPERLY INFORMED OF ALL APPLICABLE 

RESTRICTIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND MITIGATION MEASURES PRIOR TO 

CONDUCTING OPERATIONS. 

GD CAA REQUESTS STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE MEASURES IN THE 

INTEREST OF MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF AVIATION SAFETY AND 

SECURITY.
