Flight Permissions at the Directorate General “Civil Aviation Administration” is responsible for the following:
- the process of issuing of flight authorizations for all types of flights, operated by civil aircraft within the airspace of the Republic of Bulgaria and to/from airports for public use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, by national and foreign operators;
- the process of issuing of exemptions for flights, carrying forbidden for air transport dangerous goods on board;
- the control over national and International procedures and regulations regarding the safe transport of Dangerous Goods by air.
